Pioneer Masters Is Bringing A Great Deal To MTGA

Pioneer Masters has officially released on MTG Arena, and a collection of meta decklists are available for purchase with gems now in the Arena store!

This is the second time WotC has decided to sell full decks in Arena, but it's the first time they've priced them with gems. This means you're able to get heavy discounts based on what cards you already have rather than pay the full price for a deck you already have half of the cards for.

Not only does this shake up the economy on Arena, it also brings Pioneer out in full force with PIO's release. The decks are actually close to their meta counterparts. They're not a budget or powered-down version.

Deck of the Day - Purphoros in EDH

Today's deck of the day is an awesome mono-red Purphoros, God of the Forge EDH deck. This group-slug monstrosity will have you dealing 5-10 damage to all of your opponents, every single turn.

It also features tons of goblin synergies to help you constantly trigger your Commander's abilities. Between Kenrko, Mob Boss and Goblin Rabblemaster, you'll never be short on creature ETBs.

• The last chance qualifier for the 8th Arena Championship is this weekend. The format is Foundations sealed, so if you've been a big grinder of FDN these past few weeks, go get that qualification!
